At Babyplant, in search of a different production system that would guarantee great security and reliability in all our grafted plants, we came across the Japanese production methodology called kaizen. It is a work philosophy that has been fully implemented in our nursery for several years, making us pioneers in Europe in applying it to every process of grafted horticultural plant production.
The meaning of the word Kaizen for Babyplant is a commitment to continuous improvement, and this philosophy consists of several steps that allow us to analyze, measure, and improve critical variables in the graft production process, such as the quality and health of the plants supplied to our customers.
